How buying works

From finding it to paying for it, in six steps.

All your orders, bookings and invoices are in one place at oxishops.com/me. Sign in with the phone or email you ordered with; there is no password.

Find the shop or the product

Search products across every shop, or open a shop's own page at oxishops.com/shop-name. Each page shows where the shop sells, its opening hours and its Oxi stamp: New on Oxi, Oxi Verified or Certified. In an auto parts shop, search by make, model, year or part number.

Build your order

Choose what goes with each item (the protein with your rice, the colour for your hair), then check your whole order on its own page before the shop sees it. No payment is taken until the shop confirms what it has and sends your invoice.

Book an appointment or a table

At salons, clinics and restaurants that take bookings, pick a service and a free time. You do not need to sign in, and you get a link to move or cancel.

Ask the shop

Message the shop, or ask its assistant about stock, prices, hours and services. Refunds and complaints always go to the shop's own people.

Pay the shop

Each invoice shows how to pay: transfer with the invoice number, card or bank online where the shop has it on, or cash at the counter. The invoice link always shows what is left to pay.

Buy on credit only with Code 1

No shop can put a debt on your name unless you give it Code 1, a 6-digit code sent to your phone. If you do not accept the debt, do not share the code.
